&lt;p&gt;Veggie Blast:&lt;br/&gt;
Evoo&lt;br/&gt;
4 cups broccoli, bite size pieces &lt;br/&gt;
4 cups green beans, trimmed and halved&lt;br/&gt;
1 Yellow squash, quartered &lt;br/&gt;
1 portobello, sliced into eighths &lt;br/&gt;
1 bunch beechwood mushroom, pulled apart &lt;br/&gt;
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced&lt;br/&gt;
1 spring onion, sliced &lt;br/&gt;
Salt &lt;br/&gt;
Pepper &lt;br/&gt;
Chili flakes to taste &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Turn heat on low and add extra virgin olive oil. Not a ton but enough to coat. That’s a lot of vegetables to sauté!&lt;br/&gt;
Add all vegetables except mushrooms and stir frequently. &lt;br/&gt;
Because we like our vegetables crunchy we did a longer sauté on low heat — level 2-3, sautéed for 10 minutes. &lt;br/&gt;
Add mushrooms and sauté for an additional 4 - 5 minutes. &lt;br/&gt;
I had made a batch of cauliflower Parmesan so I added some of that to the mix at the very end. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cauliflower Parmesan:&lt;br/&gt;
1 bunch of cauliflower&lt;br/&gt;
6 cloves garlic &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Break the cauliflower up into small pieces and add to food processor in batches with a clove or two of garlic in each batch. 7 small tomatoes &lt;br/&gt;
4 cloves garlic&lt;br/&gt;
1 white onion &lt;br/&gt;
Frontier Italian seasoning &lt;br/&gt;
Frontier salad sprinkle &lt;br/&gt;
Frontier Cayenne pepper&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I recently did the Dr. Oz 3 Day Juice Cleanse for a client. Because we decided to ditch the gazpacho juice and make it into a chopped salad instead, I had some left over ingredients and came up with this. One of my favs. I don&amp;#8217;t particularly care for parsley so feel free to leave it out or substitute it with cilantro if that&amp;#8217;s more your flavor.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kale, Parsley Salad with Celery, Tomato and a Dijon Dressing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;First the Salad:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.) 1 bunch kale, leaves only, torn into bite size pieces&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.) I small bunch parsley. Rough chop&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3.) Few stalks celery, chopped&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4.) 4 tomatoes, sliced&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5.) Dash salt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6.) 2 cloves garlic (diced, optional)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prep all the ingredients and put them in a large bowl, container, pyrex, etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dressing:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 TBS dijon mustard&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 TBS Bragg apple cider vinegar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;splash water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mix all ingredients well and pour over salad. I massage it with my hands or pop the lid on and shake it up. It&amp;#8217;s best if you let it sit over night so it soaks up all the juice. This salad gets better by the day! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I was a bit worried about today’s new juice because there was so much kale but the celery, apple, lemon and ginger totally mellowed it out. Thank goodness!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The health benefits of kale are numerous. Not only is it super low in calories, it&amp;#8217;s packed with iron, calcium, vitamins K, A, C, and of course those beautiful antioxidants. Kale is a superfood that helps fight inflammation and supports cardiovascular health which means it&amp;#8217;s heart healthy. Lose weight, improve your cholesterol, clear up your mind and your skin by implementing more fresh vegetables and eating less junk! Eat poo. Feel like poo. Eat more poo. Now you don&amp;#8217;t want that. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Who needs nasty chemical laden energy drinks when you have this beauty? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today’s new juice:&lt;br/&gt;5 kale leaves - no stem. Tear into small pieces &lt;br/&gt;3/4 head celery. Cut stalks into quarters. &lt;br/&gt;1.5 lemon, 1/4 &lt;br/&gt;1 apple, small pieces &lt;br/&gt;1/2 inch ginger, cut in half — add last&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The worst is when you’re cleaning your juicer and its covered with fruits and vegetables that were not extracted. Using small pieces or tears helps tremendously with preventing this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I also really try to prep the vegetables the night before to make things quicker in the morning and then I can take my time adding everything to juicer. Also, I’ve recently discovered that if you put the juicer in reverse it will bring any unjuiced pulp up. You then put it back into regular mode and it will juice. &lt;p&gt;Ginger Baby:&lt;br/&gt;
6 inner stalks celery&lt;br/&gt;
1.5” ginger &lt;br/&gt;
1 lemon&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I tend to drink the nutmylk shake over a period of time since it is a bit heavy so the day actually looked like this:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;6:30 am Black loose leaf tea (which I drink about 1/4 of and then add more hot water at least 5 times)&lt;br/&gt;
11:00 am lemon water in a 16 oz Kerr’s jar with juice of two lemons and cayenne pepper. Drink half and refill a couple times.&lt;br/&gt;
1:00 pm green lemonade&lt;br/&gt;
4:00 pm 1/2 nutmylk shake&lt;br/&gt;
6:30 pm ginger baby&lt;br/&gt;
8:00 pm 1/2 nutmylk shake &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I worked a 15 hour day yesterday. Left the house at 6:15 am and was home at 9:30 pm. It’s all about planning and preparing! I pretty much always have some form of liquid in front of me. Been doing the cleanse since Monday and have lost 2.5 pounds by Wednesday morning. &lt;/p&gt;

My favorite take on juice—green lemonade:&lt;br/&gt;
6 celery stalks&lt;br/&gt;
2 lemons &lt;br/&gt;
1 apple&lt;br/&gt;
1/2 fennel&lt;br/&gt;
Thumb ginger, sliced&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You want to feed everything through at random but save ginger for the end. What I mean by this is you want to feed a chunk of celery, a little fennel, slice of apple, etc. to keep the juices flowing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The green lemonade follows black tea and lemon water every morning. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lemon water:&lt;br/&gt;
Juice of 2 lemons&lt;br/&gt;
Cayenne pepper&lt;br/&gt;
